Cost, timelines, ownership, hosting, apps, SEO and what happens after launch — grouped so you can find yours quickly. Everything here is the answer we would give you on the phone, including the ones that cost us the bigger invoice.

What it costs, how it is quoted, and what happens before you commit to anything.
It tracks three things: how many distinct page designs there are, whether you need features like logins, bookings or payments, and how much content we write versus how much you supply. A five-page brochure site and a fifteen-page content platform with a store are genuinely different projects. We scope first and quote a fixed figure, and we will say when a smaller scope would serve you just as well.
No. The first conversation, the scope and the quote cost nothing. We would rather spend an hour working out that we are not the right fit than take on a project that was never going to work.
The quote covers the design and build as scoped, basic on-page SEO, and launch. Domain and hosting are quoted as their own line items so you can see them. Ongoing SEO, marketing and maintenance are monthly services, priced separately — bundling them into a build price only hides what you are paying for.
Yes. Work is split across an advance, a milestone at design sign-off, and the balance at launch. The exact split is on the quote before you agree to anything.
Your logo and brand colours, real text for each page, real photographs, and your business details exactly as they appear on your Google Business Profile. The single biggest cause of a late project is content arriving in pieces over six weeks rather than in one go.
The infrastructure half — who owns what, and what happens when something expires.
If your customers are mainly in Ranchi and across Jharkhand, .in and .co.in read as local and are cheaper and more available. Choose .com if you sell outside India or the matching .com is free. What matters more than the extension is that the name is short and survives being read out over a phone call. More on the domain registration page.
You. It is registered in your business name with you as the registrant, and you can transfer it away at any time without our permission. If a provider will not do that, it tells you something about the provider.
No. The site has to live somewhere, but we are happy to deploy to a host you already have. Most clients keep it with us because having the domain, hosting, mail and code under one team removes the finger-pointing when something breaks.
On our accounts, auto-renew is on by default and we track expiry dates and remind you well ahead. A lapsed domain can be expensive to recover and can be registered by someone else within days, so it is not a place to economise.
Almost always missing or misaligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, sometimes combined with sending from an address that does not match the domain. It is fixable, usually quickly — see email hosting.
Yes, and it is routine. We copy the site and mailboxes across, test on a temporary address, then switch DNS with a shortened TTL so propagation is minutes rather than days. Visitors and email keep working throughout.
How the build itself runs, what it is built on, and who owns the result.
A five-page brochure site is typically two to three weeks from content being ready; fifteen pages with a blog runs four to six. Stores and custom applications are quoted after scoping. The variable is almost never development — it is how fast final content and photographs arrive.
We design from scratch on top of a design system we maintain, which gives you a layout shaped around your content while keeping the cost well below a fully bespoke build. What we do not do is buy a theme, drop your logo in the corner and call it a design.
Whichever suits the job. For content-heavy sites with frequent publishing, WordPress earns its keep and we write the theme ourselves rather than buying one. For a marketing site that needs to be fast and secure, hand-built pages are lighter, cheaper to host and carry no plugin patching burden. For anything with real workflows we use Laravel, CodeIgniter or CakePHP.
For the parts you will genuinely change — notices, posts, prices, listings — yes, and we train you on it. For a five-page site that changes twice a year, a static build you ask us to edit is usually cheaper and faster than maintaining a CMS you have to keep patched.
Yes, on final payment, along with your data in an open format. That includes custom applications. We are not interested in holding a business hostage to its own system.
Ask how often one person would use it. Weekly or more — ordering, bookings, attendance, tracking — and an app is justified. A few times a year and a fast mobile website reaches everyone instantly with nothing to install, at a fraction of the cost. We say no to apps fairly often. See mobile app development.
Yes, and we design the layout to hold both from the start — type sizes, line lengths and buttons that survive a Devanagari heading. Retrofitting a second language into a finished English layout is where text starts overflowing buttons.
What ranking actually takes, how long, and what nobody can promise you.
A new domain usually needs three to six months of consistent work before it holds steady positions on competitive terms. Local and branded searches often move within weeks. Anyone promising first-page results in thirty days is either bidding on your own brand name or misleading you.
No, and neither can anyone else. Google does not sell placement in organic results and changes its ranking systems constantly. What we commit to is the work, the reporting, and telling you when a target is not realistic for your budget.
The foundation is: clean markup, fast load, sitemaps, per-page titles and descriptions, and structured data. That makes the site eligible to rank. Competing for terms like "website development company in Ranchi" then takes ongoing work, which runs as a monthly service.
Claim and complete the Google Business Profile, pick the right primary category, add real photographs and your service list, make sure the address and phone match your website exactly, and earn reviews continuously. Proximity to the searcher also matters, which is why no two businesses see the same results. More on SEO services.
They solve different timing problems. Ads buy visibility today and stop the moment you stop paying; SEO compounds but takes months. New sites in competitive categories usually run ads while the SEO matures, then taper the spend as organic takes over.
Enough to produce enough clicks to learn something within a month — for a local service business, usually a few hundred rupees a day on tightly targeted search terms. We would rather start small and scale what converts than take a large budget before knowing what works.
What happens once the site is live, and what to do when something goes wrong.
If your site takes enquiries or payments, yes. Certificates expire, plugins develop vulnerabilities, hosts retire old PHP versions, and contact forms break silently after provider changes. Recovering a compromised or long-broken site costs several times a year of maintenance.
Within one business day for normal issues, and immediately for a site that is down or compromised. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, and urgent problems reach us fastest on WhatsApp.
Usually, and it is a large part of what we do. We start with an audit of how it was built, its security state and whether backups exist, then quote. Occasionally a site is in poor enough shape that rebuilding is the cheaper honest answer, and we will say so.
More often than people expect. With proof that the business owns the domain, registrar access can usually be recovered, and hosting can be rebuilt from a copy of the live site even without the original logins. Bring us what you have and we will tell you what is retrievable.
You take everything — domain, code, data, hosting account, app store listings, analytics. It is all in your name already, so there is nothing to release.
Who we are, where we are, and whether you have to be in Ranchi.
Since 2011. The company started building sites by hand in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and grew through Joomla, WordPress, three ecommerce platforms, three PHP frameworks and native Android before Flutter. The full story is here.
